Rory was such a pleasure to deal with. Came out within 5 minutes, with no notice given, providing we had just been let down by another locksmith. Found Rory online and glad we did. We needed our front door lock changed asap and had plenty of options there and then. We opted to replace like for like which was an usual security barrel but Rory fitted a temporary lock for peace of mind until the new one arrived. 2 days later Rory was straight back and swapped over in no time. My first experience using a locksmith and I highly recommend Rory to anyone, as all of the other reviews suggest, Rory was friendly and professional.

Had a lock fail on the rear patio doors, so quite an emergency in terms of security. First time ever having to call/use a locksmith, so wasn’t quite sure how this was going to go!

Called at 9 am, he turned up literally 5 minutes later – old (broken) lock switched out for brand new in about 5 minutes flat.

Literally impossible to imagine better service than that.

Highly recommend Rory at LokiLocksmith. Did an incredible job fixing out ageing patio doors. Great patience and stayed with us until the job was done even though I am guessing it took a lot longer than he expected.
